We are pleased to welcome Jarred Stevens to Agilus as our new Community Safety & Emergency Planning Consultant.

Jarred is a senior fire and emergency management professional with more than 20 years of leadership experience across local government and emergency services. He also brings over 15 years of frontline operational experience as a first responder with the Country Fire Authority (CFA), giving him a unique understanding of both on-the-ground response and strategic community safety planning.
He has directed large multidisciplinary teams of up to 140 staff, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and delivered complex community safety outcomes across highly regulated environments.
His expertise includes:
• All-hazard emergency planning and emergency management frameworks
• Municipal fire prevention, hazard assessment, and bushfire planning
• Legislation reform, compliance enforcement, and statutory delegations
• Crime prevention through environmental design and CCTV operations
• Project management for large-scale community safety initiatives
At Frankston City Council, Jarred played a key leadership role for over 13 years, chairing the Municipal Emergency Management Planning Committee and delivering integrated fire prevention and community safety programs. His contributions have been widely recognised for strengthening resilience and improving community safety outcomes.
